Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between you and AIPATHS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What the service does

AIPaths Connect connects a WhatsApp Business Account you control to an AI agent you configure. We act as a technology provider: the account, the phone number and the relationship with your customers remain yours.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for the security of your credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• You are responsible for what your team and your configured agent send from your number.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms. Those terms sit on top of these and, where they conflict, they win.

• No unsolicited bulk messaging, and no messaging people who have not opted in.
• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• No attempt to circumvent rate limits, quality ratings or the permissions you were granted.
• No use of the service to impersonate another business or person.

Meta billing

Conversation charges for the WhatsApp Business Platform are billed to you by Meta, directly against the payment method on your own account. We do not resell, mark up or intermediate those charges.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, and delivery of messages depends on Meta infrastructure that is outside our control.

Suspension and termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts our platform status at risk, or that we are required to suspend by Meta or by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
